Orders are roasted on the next roast day (Monday or Thursday) and dispatched the same day.
U.S. delivery is typically two to five business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
International shipping is available to selected countries at checkout; duties are the customer's responsibility.
If your coffee arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Because coffee is roasted to order we cannot resell opened bags, but if you do not enjoy your first order we will make it right.
Subscriptions save 15% on every delivery and renew at the frequency you choose.
You can skip, reschedule, change roast or cancel at any time from your account, with no minimum term.
Changes made at least 24 hours before a renewal apply to that delivery.
We collect only the information needed to fulfil orders, provide support and, with your consent, send marketing.
We never sell personal data. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@mushpresso.com.
