ROASTED AFTER YOU ORDER
Coffee is a fresh product. Our whole operation is built so your bag is days old, not months old.
- Day 0
You order
Your order joins the queue for the next roast day. Nothing is pulled from a shelf.
- Day 1–2
We roast
Beans are roasted to profile in small batches and rested briefly for degassing.
- Day 1–2
We pack and ship
Bags are filled, valve-sealed and dispatched the same day, roast date printed on the front.
- Day 3–6
It lands
Most U.S. parcels arrive within two to five business days of the roast.
- Week 1–6
Peak window
The blend drinks best in the six weeks after roasting. Subscriptions keep you inside it.

WE ROAST MONDAY AND THURSDAY
Order by 9pm the night before and your coffee goes into that batch.
